“Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, the people he chose for his inheritance.” Psalm 34:12

David commands, “Sing joyfully to the LORD, you righteous!”    David mentions and extols the LORD and encourages us to praise the Lord!  David mentions the word of the LORD – it is right and true.  The word is what we live by and what we follow.   It was by the word of the Lord that the heavens were made even the stars; he spoke and the world came to be.  The word of the LORD heals you.  I am both healed and a healer in Jesus name. If you’re reading this, God chose you for such a time as this. Choose him today.

By His word, He foils the plans of nations and thwarts the purposes of the peoples; people may have a word but God has THE word and the final word.  Amen.  I trust Him.  He knows what He is doing.  He is trustworthy.  I can trust Him. I can bow down and serve Him with all my heart, knowing that He is good and His plans are good.   He will not put me to shame.   The plans of the LORD stand firm forever (11). Not just this generation but through all generations.
